1. About these terms
By placing an order with GiftLahore you agree to these terms. GiftLahore arranges the purchase and delivery of gift items to recipients located in Lahore, Pakistan.
2. Orders and pricing
All prices are shown and charged in US dollars and include gift wrapping and a handwritten card. A flat Lahore delivery fee is added at checkout. An order is confirmed once payment is authorised and you receive an order reference.
3. Delivery
We deliver within Lahore only. Delivery dates and time slots are targets, not guarantees; traffic, weather, public holidays and incorrect addresses can cause delays. You are responsible for providing a complete address and a reachable recipient phone number.
4. Substitutions
Fresh items such as cakes and flowers depend on daily availability. If an exact item is unavailable we may substitute an item of equal or greater value with a similar look and feel, and will tell you when we do.
5. Failed delivery attempts
If the recipient cannot be reached we re-attempt in the next available slot at no charge. After two failed attempts caused by incorrect details, the order is treated as fulfilled and no refund is due.
6. Cancellations and refunds
You may cancel for a full refund any time before the order status changes to Out for Delivery. After that, perishable items cannot be refunded. Damaged or incorrect items reported within 24 hours of delivery with a photo are replaced or refunded.
7. Prohibited use
You may not use GiftLahore to harass a recipient, send unlawful items, or place orders with payment methods you are not authorised to use. We may cancel and refund any order we reasonably believe to be fraudulent.
8. Liability
Our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses such as missed occasions.
