Orders placed before 2pm Pakistan Standard Time can usually be delivered the same day. Otherwise choose any future date and a time slot at checkout.

Every price on the site is in US dollars and that is exactly what your card is charged. There are no hidden currency conversion surprises.

Can I include a personal message?

Yes. Add your message at checkout and we hand-write it onto a card that travels with the gift, free of charge.

How do I know it was delivered?

Accepted Answer

Use the order reference and the recipient's phone number on our tracking page. The status moves from Pending to Preparing, Out for Delivery and finally Delivered.

Question 7

What if nobody is home?

Accepted Answer

Our rider calls the recipient's phone number. If they can't be reached we hold the gift and re-attempt the next available slot at no extra charge.

Can I change or cancel an order?

Email care@giftlahore.com with your order reference. We can change details or cancel for a full refund any time before the order moves to Out for Delivery.

Are cakes and flowers fresh?

Both are prepared in Lahore on the day of delivery — cakes from our partner bakeries and flowers from the morning market.
