Information we collect
To fulfil an order we collect your name, email address and optional phone number, plus the recipient's name, phone number and delivery address in Lahore, your chosen delivery date and time slot, and any gift message you write.
Payment information
Card, Apple Pay and Google Pay details are processed by our PCI-compliant payment provider. GiftLahore never sees or stores your full card number.
How we use your information
Solely to prepare and deliver your gift, to keep you updated on order status, to answer support requests, and to meet legal and accounting obligations. We do not sell your data or your recipient's data.
Who we share it with
Only with the people needed to complete the delivery — our Lahore delivery team, the bakery or florist preparing your item, and our payment and email providers. Each is bound to use the data only for that purpose.
Recipient information
You confirm you have permission to share your recipient's contact details with us. A recipient may ask us to delete their details after delivery by emailing care@giftlahore.com.
Data retention and security
Order records are retained for seven years for tax and dispute purposes. Data is stored encrypted in transit and at rest, and access is limited to staff who need it.
Cookies
We use essential cookies and local storage to remember your cart and keep the site secure. We do not use advertising trackers.
Your rights
You can request a copy of your data, correct it, or ask us to delete it where we are not legally required to keep it. Email care@giftlahore.com and we will respond within 30 days.
